Went in and saw they had a fairly wide selection, prices were affordable, the employees were sweet and very polite.
In the past, I wasn't a fan of this store's hair. Because they didn't really have anything, and they were high. Now, I just go in there for specific stuff or any sale. I am cool with the ladies at the cashier, nice.
I brought a handheld dryer from this store two weeks ago. I used it 1 time and it stopped working 2 weeks later. I have no receipt nor do I have the box. I called the store to try to get another one and the new owner said I’ve couldn’t help me. Basically, I was out of a dryer. Who keeps the box or receipt for a hairdryer? Miss Lee would have given me another one but her nephew the new owner needs to work on his customer service. I been shopping since her hair store opened for over 20 years. Now I will never return and I’ll take my money somewhere else. ✌🏽
I passed 2 beauty supplies stores just to go to this one. Because they are amazing especially when it comes to customer service,
